World Laughter Day is celebrated on the first Sunday of May of every year. The first time it was celebrated was on January 10, 1998, in Mumbai, India, and was arranged by Dr. Madan Kataria, founder of the worldwide Laughter Yoga movement. 

Currently the entire world is battling a coronavirus pandemic. In this difficult times it is important for everyone to take some time out of their life to smile a bit. Because it is said that laughter is the medicine. It reduces pain, increases job performance, connects people emotionally, and improves the flow of oxygen to the heart and brain. And there's lots of evidence that laughter does lots of good things for us. It reduces pain and allows us to tolerate discomfort
