Hyderabad, April 23 One more person died of coronavirus in Telangana on Thursday, taking the death toll in the state to 25.
Health Minister Eatala Rajender said 27 new Covid-19 positive cases were reported, taking the state's tally to 970.
He told reporters that 58 persons were discharged from hospitals. With this, the number of recoveries rose to 252. A total of 693 people are currently undergoing treatment in hospitals.
The minister claimed that the number of positive cases is on decline. He said the government was taking all necessary measures to check the spread of the virus.
