4 Kilograms of Weight Loss in 14 Days
In her post, Saba further wrote: "These have been the worst 14 days of my life. Cyclospora cayetanensis is truly nasty and dangerous. For a girl like me who eats only home-cooked meals and carries her own water bottle everywhere she goes—to be afflicted by this intestinal bug is shocking. This happened right when I was at my busiest. I lost 4 kilograms of weight in just two weeks. And it's not as if I ever had much weight to lose in the first place. I can barely even walk properly right now." "Before this happened, I was training twice a day—doing pull-ups, lifting weights—and now I’ve shrunk to half my size.
She further writes: 'If you love your stomach, please make sure to thoroughly wash the vegetables and leafy greens you add to your salads. There is a simple solution for washing vegetables: baking soda and a vegetable wash. My heartfelt thanks to Hrithik Roshan for keeping my spirits up during these difficult days. I am not quite as thin as I appear; it’s just that the bed is quite large and wide."
