On Mother’s Day, we celebrate the selfless love of our birth mothers. Our mothers give us life, love, and compassion without cause. Their hearts provide a safe space where we find shelter in the most turbulent of life’s storms. No matter how errant the child, a mother’s love flows unceasingly, offering solace, wisdom and strength, as only a mother can. There is no force in the world like a mother’s true love.

Yet, beyond the realm of personal motherhood, there occasionally emerges a rare being who embodies a far more universal form of motherly love — a love that extends beyond family, beyond boundaries, and embraces many who are fortunate to come into their presence. Dr. Monika Parsheera, the world-renowned mystic Healer and spiritual master is one such person - a radiant source of positive energy, she is a living example of how compassion, selfless service and unconditional love can transform and save lives.

For countless seekers she is Mataji - the divine mother in living form. The word  Mataji carries profound meaning in Indian  spiritual culture. It does not simply mean “mother” in a biological sense. It signifies unconditional compassion, spiritual protection, nourishment of the soul, acceptance without judgment and divine love that guides inner awakening.

Those who come to Mataji often feel that they are not standing before a distant Guru, but before a cosmic Mother who completely understands their suffering, fear, desires, confusion and spiritual longing. People describe feeling inwardly calmed, mysteriously healed and deeply safe around her.

Her  presence carries maternal warmth without possessiveness, and her guidance often emerges spontaneously rather than through formal sermons. Her single glance, smile, silence or sentence can profoundly affect a seeker. She never imposes rigid doctrines, instead she encourages seekers to deepen their sincerity within their own tradition. A Hindu can remain Hindu, a Muslim can remain Muslim and a Christian can remain Christian, as she teaches the universality of love.

Mataji’s presence heals not through complicated philosophy but through energetic and emotional restoration. Her way of teaching and healing is beyond intellectual instructions. Sometimes she teaches through silence, and sometimes through awareness and provocative dialogues. Sometimes through hardships and direct realisations, and sometimes through unconditional love, service and ecstatic devotion. This is why simply sitting in the presence of such masters has become important in many traditions around the world.

Mataji has the ability to simplify truth. In her intense presence, one begins to feel emotional clarity. With her, every action becomes worship. Her healing flows naturally through her presence and spiritual radiance.

In a restless modern world filled with fear and anxiety, Mataji’s presence continues to inspire seekers towards inner stillness, spiritual depth and the realisation that divine consciousness exists within every being.
