  1. Roast Dry Fruits
    Heat ghee in a pan and lightly fry cashews, almonds, pistachios, raisins, and dates until golden. Remove and keep aside. 

  2. Roast Vermicelli
    In the same pan, roast vermicelli in ghee until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

  3. Boil Milk
    In a separate pot, bring milk to a boil. Add cardamom powder and saffron for flavor.

  4. Cook Vermicelli
    Add roasted vermicelli to the boiling milk and cook for 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly thick.

  5. Add Sweetness & Dry Fruits
    Mix in sugar, dates, and fried dry fruits. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes.

  6. Final Touch
    Add condensed milk (optional) for extra richness. Serve hot or chilled as per preference.
