  • 2 tbsp ghee

  • 10–12 cashews, almonds, pistachios (chopped)

  • 1 tbsp raisins

  • ½ tsp cardamom powder

  • Few saffron strands (optional)

  • 1 tbsp condensed milk (optional for richness)

Steps to Prepare:

  1. Roast Dry FruitsHeat ghee in a pan and lightly fry cashews, almonds, pistachios, raisins, and dates until golden. Remove and keep aside. 

  2. Roast VermicelliIn the same pan, roast vermicelli in ghee until it turns golden brown and aromatic.

  3. Boil MilkIn a separate pot, bring milk to a boil. Add cardamom powder and saffron for flavor.

  4. Cook VermicelliAdd roasted vermicelli to the boiling milk and cook for 5–7 minutes until soft and slightly thick.

  5. Add Sweetness & Dry FruitsMix in sugar, dates, and fried dry fruits. Stir well and cook for another 2–3 minutes.

  6. Final TouchAdd condensed milk (optional) for extra richness. Serve hot or chilled as per preference.
