NRAI has released an advisory to address the situation and ongoing crisis. Amid the struggle of the Supply disruptions, logistical challenges, and rising demand of cylinder people are struggling to manage their daily meals.

So here are meal options to look for which has no use of LPG.

Sandwiches: Sandwiches are easy and does not required cooking and easy to make, this will reduce the usage of  gas.

Oats: You can have healthy oats without cooking, for this soak oats for whole night and then you can add fruits to it. 

Fruit Chaat: Apple, Banana, Papaya, Pomegranate, Lemon juice, Chaat masala Mix all fruits and sprinkle masala.

Salad: salad is an healthy option for food and which can easily made without any gas.
