In a shocking incident a 40-year-old man allegedly assaulted a staff of Apex Super Hospital located on LT Road in Borivali (West) after its authority denied admitting his 75-year-old mother, a suspected COVID-19 patient, as no ventilators were available at the hospital.

A doctor examined the woman and asked her son to take her to another hospital as she was critical and the hospital did not had ventilators available. The patient’s son got angry over being denied admission and slapped Vishwakarma.
