Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Monday greeted people of Maharashtra on the occasion of Eid-Ul-Fitr and also appealed to them to stay indoors.

"Eid Mubarak to all citizens of Maharashtra, especially to Muslim brothers and sisters," he said.

The Chief Minister has also appealed to people to celebrate Eid by staying at home while giving best wishes on the occasion of this festival which teaches sacrifice and dedication.
