Senior Bharatiya Janata Party leader Eknath Khadse recently resigned from the party and  joined NCP. Khadse who left the BJP out of anger, has once again targeted Former Chief Minister and Leader of the Opposition Devendra Fadnavis.

"I donated the Chief Minister's post to a Brahmin (Fadnavis)," he said at a function in Muktainagar.

While taking a jibe at Fadnavis, NCP leader Eknath Khadse said that he is kind. "Nathabhau (Eknath), you sit at home now, I want to be the Chief Minister, I was told. I thought of donating the CM's post to a Brahmin. People like me were sidelined because of him. I had to leave the BJP because of such people," Khadse said.

Khadse had sent his resignation to BJP's Maharashtra president Chandrakant Patil wherein he declared: "I am resigning from the primary membership of BJP due to personal reasons."

Meanwhile, Eknath Khadse has been constantly criticizing Devendra Fadnavis since he joined the NCP. I spent my whole life for the party. Remained loyal. He has also alleged that he was harassed by Devendra Fadnavis.
