A 16-year-old tragically ended his life after his parents refused to allow him to visit Tuljapur with friends at Dhawada village in Bhokardan tehsil on Saturday. The deceased has been identified as Naitik Sonawane, a Class 10 student.

According to police, Naitik had insisted on going to Tuljapur on a bike with his friends, but his parents denied permission due to rain. Upset over the refusal, he allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his home.
