Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray in his Facebook Live on Tuesday appealed to all citizens to follow the instructions of all the local authorities strictly as the state prepares for the landfall of the cyclone. 

Cyclone Nisarga is expected to make landfall with unusual force on Wednesday afternoon in the state of Maharashtra, home to Mumbai, a city of about 20 million. 

Mumbai is struggling to contain the rising number of infection amid which it has to face cyclone nisarga which is going to complicate it's fight against coronavirus.

Bollywood actor Arshad Warsi has appreciated CM Uddhav Thakeray and said,"I don’t think any CM has had to face such huge challenges right at the start of his term, as Uddhav Thackeray. He barely settled in his office & had to deal with global pandemic in a crowded city like Mumbai and now a cyclone."
