Employees of an IT company in Nashik are being screened as they rejoin work after their company opens amid coronavirus lockdown following revised guidelines issued by the Ministry of Home Affairs.

Maharashtra government on Sunday issued a list of activities that will be allowed in different zones of the State during the lockdown. While most activities are permitted in Orange and Green zones, 'Containment zones' and metropolitan areas like Mumbai (MMR), Pune (PMR) and Malegaon that falls under Red zones have activities still under curbs. Nashik also falls under red zone.

As per the latest update by the Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare, the total number of coronavirus cases in Maharashtra is 12,296, of which 2,000 people have recovered/migrated and 521 people have succumbed to the disease so far.
