After Thane city NCP president Anand Paranjpe tested positive for Covid-19, one more NCP leader has tested positive for the virus. 

The leader had attended a cabinet meeting on Monday. The leader's health deteriorated on Tuesday. He is being treated at Fortis Hospital.

As the leader attended a meeting at the ministry on Monday, officials and activists who met him have also been advised to quarantine themselves. He was examined by the chief doctor of the hospital late last night and his condition is reported to be stable today.

According to sources, Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Sharad Pawar have also discussed the matter with the doctors.
