The total number of positive COVID-19 cases in India rose to 271 on Saturday, according to ICMR.

Amid the virus scare the Indian government has asked people to maintain social distancing. PM Modi has said that the next 3-4 weeks are crucial in efforts to contain the spread of the virus and the most important measure for containment is 'social distancing'.

The Maharashtra Police has tweeted an interesting post on it's timeline regarding self quarantine. The post read,"Self Quarantine doesn’t have to be boring. Lighten up this weekend with our ‘Healthy’ Quarantine playlist. "

PM has announced 'Janta Curfew’ to be observed this Sunday i.e, on 22nd March 2020. The move is aimed at encouraging public to stay indoors and maintain social distancing, which is essential in the fight against Covid-19.
