The number of coronavirus cases in Maharashtra has been increasing significantly over the last two weeks. In the last two days, the number of new covid cases has gone up to 8,000. Chief Minister of the state and the local administration have been urging the citizens to wear masks in public places.

Still people are not yet serious about wearing mask in public places. Although wearing a mask is mandatory in the state, many people wear a mask under the nose or on the chin.

A picture of a man wearing mask on his eyes while treavelling in a Mumbai local train has gone viral on social media. Youth Congress president Satyajit Tambe has tweeted a photo of the passenger sleeping in a local wearing mask on his eyes and gave a sarcastic caption.

Later, Minister of State for Relief and Rehabilitation Vijay Vadettiwar retweeted Tambe's post and wrote,"Friends, don't be so irresponsible! Use the mask properly, at least for your own and your family's health."
