A Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) leader Sandeep Deshpande has alleged that Maharashtra Environment and Tourism Minister Aaditya Thackeray’s photograph was affixed on 500 packets of sanitary napkins and those were distributed allegedly by the Shiv Sena among women in Colaba Assembly constituency.

MNS leader Sandeep Deshpande tweeted that the sanitary pads with Aaditya’s photo on the packets were distributed by Yuvati and Yuva Sena. Notably, the Maharashtra minister is also the president of Yuva Sena.

Sanitary napkins were distributed among the needy as many areas of Mumbai have been sealed owing to a huge number of COVID-19 cases.
