The number of coronavirus cases in India are increasing as the nation fights the deadly infection. Many hotels and resorts are coming in handy by serving as isolation wards. In the worst-affected areas, state governments are converting these facilities into isolation wards.

Hotel Centre Point in Nagpur is providing accommodation & food to medical staff treating COVID-19 patients in 125 rooms. "We are also providing pick up & drop services to several doctors to from their hospitals," says Jasbir Singh Arora, owner of the hotel.

The total number of COVID-19 positive cases in India climbed to 4,067, said Ministry of Health and Family Welfare on Monday. As many as 109 deaths have been reported across the country due to the deadly disease.

There are 3,666 active cases in the country while 292 people have been cured/discharged/migrated.
