Three new new deaths including an 11-year-old child have been reported in Pune district today. The total number of positive cases in the district stand at 2,132, said Dr. Bhagawan Pawar, DHO (District Health Officer). The death of the district stands at 118.Maharashtra is one of the worst hit state by the deadly disease. According to the latest update on Union Ministry of Health and Family Welfare's website, the total number of positive COVID-19 cases in Maharashtra is 14,541. With 35 fatalities, the state death toll shot up to 583.
