It has been decided to vaccinate the students who are going abroad for education from Pune city. The vaccination of such students will be done on a priority basis, informed Mayor Murlidhar Mohol.

Vaccination drive is being implemented on the initiative of Mayor Murlidhar Mohol as a consolation to the students whose academic admission has been secured abroad. Mohol said, “We are implementing this special drive in the vaccination centre of Pune Municipal Corporation’s Kamla Nehru Hospital in Mangalwar Peth. For this, two days have been reserved on Tuesday and Wednesday and the vaccine will be available to the students from 10 am to 5 pm. Students will be required to submit the proof of admission at the time of vaccination.”"If the number of students increases, we are ready to run this drive for a whole week. The number of students going abroad for education is higher. Therefore, so we have taken this decision with the intention that even if the admission is guaranteed, it should not be a problem for the students just for vaccination. Mayor Mohol has also appealed to the students to take advantage of this and complete the vaccination process immediately.
