Maharashtra Health Minister Rajesh Tope on Saturday said,"We are discussing to consider to give phase-wise relaxation after April 14, but this will be possible only if people cooperate and maintain discipline." He also said,"We have stock of 25,000 Personal Protection Equipment (PPEs), 25 lakh N95 masks & 25 lakh Triple-layer masks. In govt hospitals, we have 1500 ventilators & arranging for further 2000 for other hospitals which are under Mahatma Jyotiba Phule scheme."Till now we have traced 9 lakh people approximately by deploying 2495 teams. These teams are working in 290 containment zones that we have marked in Mumbai and likewise in other districts. I urge people to cooperate with health workers, said the minister.

Maharashtra Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray on Saturday said that lifting of lockdown in the state after April 14 will depend upon how much people obey the government directives.

Uddhav Thackeray in his address to state said,"I acknowledge that cases have increased. I won't lie to my people of state. But what happens after the lockdown is over, that depends on you. Out of the approximately 500 positive cases we have, at least 51 people have recovered and have returned home. Yes, there have been deaths too. Some senior citizens who also had other health issues have lost their lives. We must make sure that they are taken care of. Take care of them, make sure you wash your hands, and don't be the transmitter."
