The number of coronavirus cases in Maharashtra is rapidly rising. The authorities are ensuring that people are following the lockdown order in order to curb the spread of the disease. 

Kirit Somaiya, Maharashtra Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) leader shared a video on his twitter page claiming a crowd gathered at Shivaji Nagar Govandi Road No. 2 in Mumbai, at 8 pm yesterday.

He tweeted,"Ham Nahi Sudhrenge" crowd at Shivaji Nagar Govandi Road No. 2 today, May 15, at 8 pm, Where is Police of Thackeray Sarkar?. 

In the video we can see a number of people were gathered in market in Govandi flouthing all the lockdown rules. With COVID19 cases on the rise in Maharashtra, following social distancing norms is the need of the hour. However, from what we spotted at this market, people exposed themselves to the risk crowding a market comes with even as the city has crossed the 16,000 mark of positive COVID cases.
