Four more coronavirus suspected patients were admitted to the hospital in Akola, Maharashtra for treatment on Thursday while seven patients are currently undergoing treatment in the isolation room. The suspected patients samples have been sent for testing. They will be discharged if the medical test report of the four suspected patients 'negative'.

The number of cases in Akola is increasing day by day. The medical authorities have appealed to people to follow the lockdown and not to step out of the house. However people from Akola in Maharashtra are not following the 21 day lockdown order given by PM Modi. People were seen walking on the roads in groups. This indicates that people have no understanding of the situation and rapidly spreading coronavirus. PM Modi in his speech said, "many people are still not taking the lockdown seriously. Please save yourself, save your family, follow the instructions seriously. I request the state governments to get the rules and laws followed."
