Legendary Singer Asha Bhosle cremated with full state honours at Shivaji Park Crematorium in Dadar. Asha Bhosle passed away at the age of 92 on April 12 due to multi-organ failure and chest infection. She was admitted to Breach Candy Hospital in Mumbai on April 11 because she was suffering from extreme exhaustion and a chest infection before her condition deteriorated. Maharashtra CM Devendra Fadnavis, Deputy CMs Eknath Shinde and Sunetra Pawar, Bollywood celebrities like Aamir Khan, Viky Kaushal, and many others paid tributes to the legendary singer.

Asha Bhosle is one of the most iconic and versatile voices in Indian music history, with a career spanning over seven decades. Born on September 8, 1933, in Sangli, she was the daughter of renowned Marathi stage actor and classical singer Deenanath Mangeshkar.
