A young woman was strangled to death on Sunday in Andheri East due to a love affair. According to a police officer, the deceased had a romantic relationship with the accused and wanted to end it, but the accused did not want to break up. The accused lured the girl under the pretext of meeting her and then killed her. The police promptly registered a murder case and arrested the accused lover, Zaib Khwaja Hussain Solkar (22). The police have seized the scarf used by the accused to commit the murder and are further investigating the matter.
Irshad Syed filed a complaint, leading the Sahar police to register a murder case. Syed, a tempo driver residing in the Marol area of Andheri East, reported that his niece, Sara Syed, was strangled to death in Chiman Pada, Andheri East. She was taken to Cooper Hospital, where doctors declared her dead.

Upon receiving information about the incident, Sahar police reached the scene. Their investigation revealed that an argument had occurred between Sara and her boyfriend, Zaib Solkar, leading Solkar to strangle Sara to death.
Following this, the police registered a case under Section 302 of the IPC based on Irshad Syed's complaint and began their investigation. The police found out that Zaib was residing in Jogeshwari East, and a police team promptly went to the location and arrested the accused, Zaib.
