According to the woman biker, the man initially appeared while she was passing through the Marine Drive area before allegedly taking a U-turn and positioning his scooter directly ahead of her motorcycle. She claimed that despite the traffic signal turning green, the man remained in place and continued staring at her, making her feel increasingly unsafe.
