The Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court issued contempt notices to principal secretary of family welfare department of state, joint secretary of union minister of health and family welfare Gayatri Mishra and commissioner of Chandrapur Municipal Corporation Rajesh Mohite in case of pay commission benefit and ordered to file replies within six weeks. The case was heard by Justice Atul Chandurkar and Nitin Suryavanshi.
