The secretary of Maharashtra Badminton Association Shrikant Vad inaugurated the tournament in the presence of NDBA president Kundatai Vijaykar, vice president Shriram Purohit , secretary Mangesh Kashikar , chief referee Uday Sane, deputy referee Viswas Deswandikar, Milind Deshmukh, Aniruddha Joshi (Match Control), Anant Apte (NDBA treasurer), Bhavana Agrey ( joint secretary ) and EC members Bhavesh Deshmukh and Gurdeep Singh Arora.
