Former Vidarbha wicketkeeper Aniruddha Chore's resolute knock helped North Down to beat Cliftonville Academy by five wickets in one-day cricket tournament at Belfast in Ireland.

Batting first Cliftonville Academy were bundled out for a paltry in 36.4 overs. In reply North Down chased the target losing five wickets in 26.5 overs.

They lost a couple of early wickets but then Chore anchored the innings and scored unbeaten 49 to take North Down to victory. He knock in 66 balls included four boundaries and one six. He was well supported by Tom Mayes (23). Chore was declared man-of-the-match for his match-winning innings.
