Agra Road Accident: Five, Including a Three-Year-Old, Killed; Four Injured After Car Crashes Into Tree in Pai

In a tragic road accident in Agra district, five devotees lost their lives, with all the deceased reported to be members of the same family. Additionally, four individuals sustained serious injuries and were rushed to a hospital for treatment. The incident occurred near Pai on the Etawah route under the jurisdiction of Chitrahat police station. According to reports, the family, residents of Etawah, had travelled in a Bolero car to offer prayers at the revered Kaila Devi Temple in Rajasthan and were returning home when the mishap took place.

While on their way back, the vehicle reportedly went out of control under unclear circumstances, leading to a devastating collision. The Bolero rammed into a roadside tree, resulting in the immediate death of five occupants. The victims included three men, a woman, and a three-year-old girl, making the incident even more heartbreaking. Upon receiving information, police teams quickly reached the spot and initiated rescue operations. The injured were transported by ambulance to Saifai Hospital in Etawah for urgent medical care, while the bodies of the deceased were sent for post-mortem examination.

The sudden loss of five family members has left their relatives in deep shock and mourning, with an atmosphere of grief prevailing in their hometown. Meanwhile, Yogi Adityanath has taken cognisance of the incident, expressing condolences to the bereaved families. He has also directed officials to ensure swift relief efforts and provide proper assistance to those affected by the tragedy.
