Coronavirus: Prime Minister Narendra Modi to address the nation tomorrow at 10 AM

Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address the nation at 10 AM tomorrow as the 21-day deadline ends on April 14. Telangana, Maharashtra, West Bengal, Odisha and Punjab have also already extended restrictions till the month end considering the rising number of coronavirus cases in India.

The announcement about the PM address was made on the official Twitter handle of the PMO. On Saturday, Prime Minister Narendra Modi met 13 chief ministers to take a call on extending the period of lockdown to control the spread of coronavirus. On March 24, PM Modi has announced a 21-day nation-wide shutdown to mitigate the spread of Covid-19.
