On the second consecutive day of the budget session of the Parliament, the Lok Sabha witnessed uproar in the house, which forced the speaker to adjourn the House proceedings till 3:00 PM on Tuesday, February 3. BJP MPs in the Lok Sabha objected to Leader of Opposition (LoP) Rahul Gandhi raising the issue of China during the debate on the motion of thanks to the President's address.

Earlier in the day, before the Parliament session was about resume again at 2 pm, media person ran towards Priyanka Gandhi Vadra to taker her statement regarding the uproar in the House which led to showdown in Parliament, suddenly Rahul Gandhi intervene from nowhere and Priyanka said "Hi" to his brother as he offered a 'toffee' to her saying, "have a sweet" while she said, "he's sweet."

While Priyanka Gandhi was being asked about Union Parliamentary Affairs Minister Kiren Rijiju's objection to LoP Lok Sabha Rahul Gandhi's statement in Parliament.

Before the session began at 2 pm, Union Minister Kiren Rijiju stated that we have given a chance to Rahul Gandhi to speak in the house, but he said he should not give false statements.

"I have just told the leaders of Congress that LoP Rahul Gandhi can continue his speech. However, what the former army chief did not say, what is not true, and what is not permitted under the rules should not be forced upon the House," Kiren Rijiju told reporters while speaking before the budget session resumed at 2 pm.

"He should not try to say such things, as this diminishes the chances of other party MPs speaking... Congress party has said that Rahul Gandhi should be given a chance to speak I have told them that because the chair has already decided on this and we cannot give in to this because this does not come in the tradition after the ruling of Lok Sabha speaker, Rahul Gandhi is a member of the house he must also agree to this, he is not above the house," he further said.

"In the Rajya Sabha, the Congress party has walked out over India-US trade agreement and is spreading lies; this is not right. I have heard that the Congress party has said that it will harm our farmers; such lies should not be spread," Rijiju said further.

After the resumption of Parliament budget session at 2 pm, Rahul Gandhi accused Prime Minister Narendra Modi speaking again on the Naravane memoir in Lok Sabha trigerring major uproar from the BJP MPs. PM Modi has been "compromised," said Congress MP as he rakes up case against Gautam Adani in the US, alleging there is pressure on PM Modi.

After the Parliament adjourned till 3 PM again, Rahul Gandhi targeted PM Modi, saying, "he has been compromised." He said there is extreme pressure on him. "Narendra Modi ji's image can get damaged. Narendra Modi ji's image can get damaged," said LoP Gandhi.

"Modi ji is rattled. The (US-India) trade deal, which was stalled for the past few months, was signed by Narendra Modi last night. There is extreme pressure on him. Narendra Modi ji's image can get damaged. The main thing is that our PM is compromised. The public needs to think about this," Gandhi said.

"For the first time, the LoP was not allowed to speak on the President's speech. Narendra Modi ji has sold your hard work in this trade deal because he is compromised. He has sold the country. Narendra Modi ji is scared because those who shaped his image are now breaking this image....There is a case on Adani ji in the US, it is actually a case on Modi ji....The Epstein Files contain even more that the US has not yet released. There is pressure due to that as well. These are the two pressure points. The country should understand this," he further claimed.
