Prime Minister Narendra Modi has announced 'Janta Curfew’ to be observed this Sunday i.e, on 22nd March 2020. The move is aimed at encouraging public to stay indoors and maintain social distancing, which is essential in the fight against Covid-19.Staying at home can be pain for some if they are social birds. But at this we all need to pledge to maintain a curfew. 

It's a Sunday, and even if one cannot go out, there are other avenues to kill the time.  

Here's 5 things that you can do on Janta Curfew:

Exercise: On regular weekends we try to get that extra sleep. But today on Janta curfew try to wake up early and exercise. You need to be fit enough to fight the coronavirus.

Make yourself a delicious breakfast: Amid the health scare it is important that we eat right to feel right. So go and make your self some healthy meal to keep the virus at bay.

Do laundry or clean your home: Actually, chores can be a pain but we have an overload of time right now. Get your laundry out of the way and get home cleaning done. For those who are interested, some gardening maybe?

Family time: During this hard time of the health scare it is important that we give some time to our family. Why not spend time with family, sans restaurant outings, amusement parks or movie theatres? 

Netflix & Chill: This is the most loved option that majority of us is going to do on Janta Curfew day. So catch up on the series that you might have missed. 

Also do not forget to appreciate the health workers at 5pm in the evening as said by PM Modi.
