India is currently battling second covid wave which has claimed many lives. Even today, the possibility of a third wave of corona is being expressed by experts.Railway services have been affected for the last two years during the covid lockdown. Keeping the safety of it's passengers in mind, Railways has now created special coaches. This will protect the passengers traveling by train from covid.

Senior Railway official, Vijay in this regard said that for the last two years, the railways have been suffering financial losses due to lockdowns and restrictions. Special coaches have been created by the railways considering the restrictions imposed on passengers and their safety. These special coaches are designed to protect passengers from covid spread. He said the corona virus would not be able to survive on the material used in the special coach.

In addition, sanitized air will be sent to the coaches, which will become a vacuum and kill the covid virus in the air. Currently, these special coaches will be installed in ISO certified Bhopal Express. These will be special coaches in the LHB category as the virus is more likely to spread to the closed compartment. But it is difficult to say how long it will take to make the coaches available from Bhopal's Nishatpura coach factory, railway officials said. The project is currently in its infancy.

What are the features?

The emphasis is on keeping the human touch very low in this special train coach. A special chemical layer has been made inside the coach. In which the virus cannot survive. Most of the human organs in the coach are touched on the faucet and door handle. Therefore, chemical handling has been applied on these handles and pipes. So the virus can't stick to it. The toilet also has sensor based hand sanitizer and dispenser.
