Indore, Madhya Pradesh (November 22, 2024): A 59-year-old doctor died in Indore on Wednesday after reportedly pressing the accelerator instead of the brakes, which led his car to crash into another vehicle at a traffic signal. The incident was captured on CCTV footage and has gone viral on social media.

The deceased, identified as Dr. Mukesh Tiwari, was returning home from a haircut when the accident occurred near Rasoma Square. The video shows his car speeding up and colliding with a vehicle stopped at the signal. The impact was so severe that the front portion of the car was extensively damaged.

According to reports, Tiwari sustained fatal injuries and was pronounced dead at a nearby hospital. The driver of the other car suffered minor injuries.

Police believe that Tiwari mistakenly pressed the accelerator instead of the brake, causing the fatal accident. However, an investigation is underway to determine the exact cause of the incident.
