A transformer caught fire near Jain Bal School in Najeerabad, in Madhya Pradesh, on April 18, 2026 around 3:45 pm. The fire quickly spread to near by car and caused significant panic among locals. 

The visuals shows the people trying to douse of fire to avoid further damage. According to IANS reports fortunately no casualties reported but both the transformer and vehicle suffered significant damage. 

Earlier, A massive fire broke out at an electrical goods warehouse on the second floor of a house opposite DS College under the Gandhi Park police station area in Uttar Pradesh's Aligarh district on Friday night, April 18, which triggered panic among residents.

The flames spread rapidly, prompting people in nearby houses to rush out for safety. Two fire brigade vehicles reached the spot soon after the incident was reported, and the blaze was brought under control after nearly an hour of firefighting. The blaze, reportedly caused by a short circuit on the second floor, engulfed the premises and destroyed goods worth lakhs.
