Education Minister of Maharashtra Varsha Gaikwad today announced cancellation of examinations for classes 1 to 8. Ongoing 10th board exams to be held as per schedule. Decision regarding exams for Classes 9 and 11 to be taken after April 15.

CM Uddhav Thackeray today has announced that from this midnight, all workplaces will remain closed till 31st March. This is applicable in Mumbai, MMR Region, Pune, Pimpri Chinchwad and Nagpur. Govt offices to operate at 25% attendance.

Coronavirus has infected more than 2,45,000 people and killed more than 10,000 across the world. Meanwhile, India has reported 5 deaths and over 195 cases so far.
