Bhopal, April 17 The Madhya Pradesh government on Friday said it has resolved over 47.68 lakh public grievances with a 99.9 per cent success rate under the ‘Sankalp Se Samadhan Abhiyan’, marking a major achievement in time-bound grievance redressal.

“A total of 47.69 lakh applications were received between January 12 and March 31, and 47.68 lakh were resolved within the stipulated time,” the government said. It added that the campaign has emerged as an effective tool for transparent and accountable governance.

The government said the campaign focused on taking services to the grassroots. Applications were collected door-to-door at villages and resolved through camps organised at multiple levels.

To maintain transparency, all applications were entered and tracked through an online portal. Monitoring was carried out through a dedicated dashboard linked to the Chief Minister Helpline.

The campaign was implemented in four phases to ensure systematic execution.

In the first phase, applications were collected at the village and ward levels.

In the second phase, camps were organised at local levels to resolve cases quickly.

In the third phase, block-level camps addressed pending and new applications.

During the final phase, district-level camps ensured that all remaining cases were resolved and benefits delivered to eligible citizens.

A total of 3,659 camps were organised across the state.

The government highlighted the role of the ‘Sampada’ system in improving service delivery, especially in revenue-related services.

The digital platform streamlined processes such as land record copies and property-related services, reducing delays and improving transparency.

Under this system, over 8.71 lakh applications for land record copies were received, out of which more than 8.69 lakh were resolved.

The campaign also ensured delivery of welfare benefits. Applications related to construction worker registration, pensions, farmer credit cards, domicile certificates, and tap water connections were resolved in large numbers, improving access to services.
