26/11 Mumbai terror attack mastermind Tahawwur Rana has given a big revelation during his interrogation by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). He said that he was a "trusted agent of the Pakistan Army." Sources said that Rana has provided crucial details about his connections with the Pakistani military and intelligence services, including ISI, in the conspiracy of the Mumbai terror attacks. "I have been working as Pakistan Army agent," said Rana.

Rana said he was in Mumbai at the time of the attack and was a trusted agent of the Pakistani army, reported India Today TV quoting sources. Rana, during questioning by the Mumbai Crime Branch, said he and his friend and aide, David Coleman Headley, had several training sessions with Pakistan-based Lashkar-e-Taiba.

Sources told news channel that Rana confirmed that the opening an immigration centre of his firm in Mumbai was his idea and financial transactions in it were also done as business expenses. He admitted that he was in city during 26/11 attacks and that waws part of the plan.

Rana also revealed that he investigated places like Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj Terminus and believed that the 26/11 attacks were carried out in collaboration with Pakistan's Inter-Services Intelligence (ISI), sources said.
