Power Cut in Tamil Nadu’s Dindigul District: Supply Suspended on February 13, Check Timing and Affected Areas

Tamil Nadu's Dindigul district will be experiencing power supply suspension on Friday February 13, 2026. This disruption will be between 9 am to 2 pm for monthly maintenance work on the power line. During this maintenance work, electricity board employees will be involved in various tasks such as repairing minor repairs, removing tree branches from electric poles and power lines. 

Affected Areas: Thoppampatti, Appanuthu, Veppanwalsu, Amarapoondi, Manjanayakkanpatti, Kankanpatti, Rukkuvarpatti, Sinthalvadanpatti, R.P.Pudhur, Chathirapatti, Pudukottai, Manjanaichelvanpatti area, Kalipatti, Poduvarpatti, Songapatti, Kallimandayam, Mandavadi, Thakur, TMC Palayam, K.Keeranoor, Kuttam, Minnukkampatti, Pappampatti, Chittarevu, Eravaimangalam, Andipatti.

During power outages using battery-powered radios or fully charged mobile phones for updates and emergency notifications. Conserve mobile battery by enabling power saving mode and using phones only for essential calls and texts. To avoid the risk of sudden power outages during power outages, elevators should be avoided.

Also, emergency contact numbers should be readily available and essential items such as water, snacks, and a first aid kit should be kept ready. By following these precautions, residents can safely cope with power outages.
