Prateek Yadav, Mulayam Singh Yadav’s Younger Son and Akhilesh Yadav’s Stepbrother, Dies at 38
Prateek Yadav, the younger song of late Samajwadi Party (SP) founder Mulayam Singh Yadav and stepbrother of SP chief Akhilesh Yadav. passed away on Wednesday morning, May 12 in Lucknow, according to reports. Prateek was the husband of BJP leader Aparna Yadav.
Prateek breathed his last at the Civil Hospital in Lucknow, sources told India Today. Family members of the Yadav family were present at time of his death. He was brought to the hospital at around 6 am today for treatment, where doctors declared him dead.

The mortal remains of Prateek Yadav were seen being taken from Civil Hospital in Lucknow in a hearse van.
Prateek had been unwell for some time, sources told India Today. A few weeks ago, he was admitted to Medanta Hospital in Lucknow, where Akhilesh Yadav had also visited him. After his condition showed some improvement, he was brought back home.
