Rajasthan Fire: 7 Family Members Injured After Matchstick Ignites Cylinder Fire
A major tragedy occurred on Thursday, April 30th morning in the Billu Colony area of Sathalka village in Bhiwadi, Rajasthan. A massive gas cylinder explosion took place inside a house in the locality while a meal was being prepared in the morning. This incident has caused a great stir throughout the area.
The sudden explosion within the home left seven members of a single family critically injured. Furthermore, the aftermath of the blast created an atmosphere of chaos, panic, and confusion at the scene. Upon receiving information about the explosion, the police administration rushed to the site.
Upon arriving at the scene, the police immediately transported the injured victims to a hospital for urgent medical attention. The victims injured in this tragedy have been identified as Ram Singh, Mamta, Bhuvesh, Pankaj, Chhagan, Kajal, and Kishanvati. All the injured individuals were taken to the Bhiwadi District Hospital. After administering preliminary treatment there, doctors observing their critical condition referred them to Alwar for advanced medical care.
Eyewitnesses to the incident stated that preparations for cooking were underway inside the house when the explosion occurred. At that time, the gas cylinder was leaking. Consequently, when a matchstick was struck to ignite the gas, a sudden and massive explosion ensued. This resulted in extensive damage to the entire house and left seven people injured.
