Uttar Pradesh: Following a clash between two groups ended up claiming a life of 27-year-old man. Police had detained one person in connection with the case for questioning. The incident took place in Nangal village under the Chaprauli police station area.

In this incident Deepak, resident of same village is seriously injured during the altercation between two side. Police responded to the scene and transported the victim to the Chaprauli community health centre, where he was pronounced dead. A post-mortem examination has been ordered.

Based on a complaint filed by the victim's family, a case has been registered at the Chaprauli police station, and one person involved in the clash is in custody. Baraut Circle Officer Anshu Jain said further legal action was being taken on the basis of the complaint. Police personnel have been deployed in the village as a precautionary measure, and the situation is normal, the officer added.
