Uttar Pradesh: A woman got seriously injured after confronting husband and his girlfriend in market. Following this incident woman filed complaint against the accused husband and his girlfriend. The incident occurred on April 18, while victim was on her way to market, she spotted her husband walking with woman from village of  Kamalpur Qazi.

According to Jagaran report, it is alleged that the two have been involved in a romantic relationship for quite some time. When the wife objected to this, both individuals became agitated and a verbal altercation, the situation escalated into a physical assault.

The victim reported being severely injured when her husband and his mistress struck her head with a stick. She received medical treatment and then reported the incident to the police. Inspector Amarpal Singh confirmed that a case has been registered against the husband and his mistress based on the victim's written complaint.
