A plan of building a grand theme park similar to California’s Disneyland in Navi Mumbai is proposed by the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (MMR) Growth Hub. This project will need over 200 hectares of land in the city.
In accordance with the National Institution for Transforming India's (NITI) Aayog's guidelines, this project is proposed. The MMR Growth Hub project has been undertaken for the nation's economic advancement. The final plan of this theme park project is drafted by Mumbai Metropolitan Development Authority (MMRDA).
The park will include a resort, animation studio, rides zone, water park, and many more activities. The Wonder Park will have around 35 thrilling rides, including high-speed roller coasters, water slides, and live entertainment shows. In this theme park there will be an artificial lake along with a big play area for kids.
