The Navi Mumbai Municipal Corporation (NMMC) has announced 12 hours water cut on Wednesday, April 22, in areas comes under Navi Mumbai. The citizens in the area will face supply disruption as the civic body undertakes major pipeline and infrastructure works.

The Navi Mumbai civic body has warned of low-pressure after the water supply resumption. The water cut will be suspended from 10 am to 10 pm on April 22 due to installation of a manifold and valves at sector 28 of CBD Belapur pump house, valve installation at Kalamboli Circle and Nerul Sector-19 (Wonder Park), and connection of a 900 mm diameter water pipeline at Ghansoli Sector-2 work will be carried out during this period of time.
Affected Areas in Navi Mumbai
Water supply will be suspended for 12 hours in Belapur, Nerul, Vashi, Turbhe, Sanpada, Koparkhairane, Ghansoli, and Airoli. Kharghar and Kamothe will also witness disruption in supply.
The civic body urged citizens to store adequate water in advance and use judicially to use during suspended hours as water pressure is likely to be lower after supply resumption on the next day, which is Thursday.
