Auto Expo 2023: 1.49 lakhs Hungarian bike comes to compete with Royal Enfield

Royal Enfield bikes still dominate the 350 cc segment. Most of the bikes of this company are sold in this segment. Currently, competition is increasing in the neo-classic motorcycle segment in India.

In such a situation, Hungarian two-wheeler company Keeway launched its bike Keeway SR250 at the Auto Expo 2023 on Wednesday. The bike was launched at Rs 1.49 lakh (ex-showroom). This bike will directly compete with the Royal Enfield Hunter 350 bike.

The Keyway SR250 carries the same classic retro-theme as the company’s SR125 motorcycle. The company’s SR250 bike is already available in India. It has amazing specifications.

Like the 125 cc bike, the SR250 gets an old school scrambler-type stance with design elements like multi-spoke wheels, block pattern tires, chopped fenders, front fork gaiters, circular instrument console, ribbed pattern seat.

The motorcycle’s feature list includes a round single-pod digital instrument console, Bluetooth connectivity and an LED lighting package.

The Keyway SR250 is powered by a 250 cc single-cylinder air-cooled engine. This single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine generates a peak power of 16.08HP at 7500rpm and a peak torque of 16Nm at 6500rpm
