How to check EPF balance online; Website, Mobile, SMS , Missed call

The central government has decided to offer an 8.5 percent interest rate on Employees Provident Fund (EPF) for the last financial year. Therefore, the happiness of those who have a PF account has doubled before Diwali. This amount of interest is more than Rs. 5 crores of Employees Provident Fund Association.

If you are a member of EPFO ​​and you have Universal Account Number i.e. UAN Number, you can also use it to check your balance via SMS.

For this, you have to send a message “EPFOHO UAN ENG” from your registered mobile number to 7738299899. After that, you can get different types of information about your account. For this, you have to first choose the language in which you want the information.

Account balances can also be checked by making a missed call from your mobile number registered with EPFO. However, this service is available for those with UAN number and KYC update.

www.epfindia.gov.in/ PF Balance can also be viewed online. For that, you have to go to EPFO's website. There, after clicking on Our Services, the option for employees will appear. Have to click there.

Then, click on Member passbook in the Services tab. You will need to enter your UAN number and password to complete this process. After that, you can know your balance.

The balance of PF can also be checked on Umang or EPFO ​​app. One of these apps needs to be installed on your mobile. After logging in to the app, you can check the balance by looking at the passbook.
