MHADA Pune Lottery
MHADA's Pune board will conduct the lottery for 4,186 houses today, February 10, at 12 noon in Pune. Over two lakh applicants await the results, which will determine who will realize their homeownership dream. Applicants can attend the lottery at the venue or watch it online. The lottery includes 3,322 houses under the 20% comprehensive scheme and 864 under the 15% integrated scheme. Advertised in September 2025, registration and application acceptance began on September 11, 2025. Originally planned for October, the lottery was delayed twice due to technical issues and low initial response.
A subsequent release in December garnered over 215,000 applicants. However, scrutiny of these applications was delayed by MHADA's Information and Technology Department, and the process was further hampered by the code of conduct, causing applicant frustration. Following protests, the Zilla Parishad announced the February 10th lottery date upon the code of conduct's end.
