In connection with this incident, Dhananjay Govind Pawar (aged 48, resident of Bhimshaktinagar, Morivasti, Chikhali) lodged a complaint at the police station on Friday (the 17th). According to the police, Dhananjay Pawar's brother, Vikas Pawar, was traveling on a two-wheeler along with his friends, Siddharth Ajit Dhaije (aged 20, resident of E 1/10, Rajnagar, Ota Scheme, Nigdi) and Pawan Gavhale.
While Siddharth Dhaije was riding the two-wheeler negligently, at an extremely high speed, and without due care, the vehicle crashed directly into the road divider. In this horrific accident, Pawan Gavhale sustained injuries, while Vikas Pawar suffered severe injuries. He passed away while undergoing treatment.
